We understand the challenges you face—balancing countless sources of information with demands that stretch beyond office hours. That’s why we’re dedicated to being your go-to resource for career and personal development. We believe that when we learn together, we grow together!

It is no secret that women have been underserved, underpaid, and often marginalized in the workplace, with little recourse. In 2023, women held just 38% of managerial roles and a mere 4% of C-Suite positions. We’re here to change that! It is our goal to support you in a way that fosters vulnerability, authenticity, respect, and equality. Our focus is on you.

Our Purpose

WoGM is an association organized primarily for education within the relocation industry and the empowerment of global mobility professional women. The organization seeks to provide global mobility education and knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities, as well as for the sharing information and ideas related to the global mobility industry while also engaging in charitable purposes, including without limitation for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations whose mission and/or purposes are consistent with the mission and/or purposes of WoGM, as well as any lawful purpose, as permitted under state and/or federal law.

How We Work

What Fees Does WoGM Charge?

WoGM does not charge attendance fees, membership fees, or monthly dues. We believe that education and career support should be a free resource provided by the community in which we operate. Because of this – WoGM is supported by generous sponsors who provide us with in-kind donations of space, time, catering of meals, audio visual, and more.

Who are WoGM Sponsors?

Our WoGM sponsors are those who believe in the mission of empowering women to Connect. Engage. Grow. in our industry and in the communities in which we live and work. We have a list of sponsors who want to be involved in a variety of ways – whether that is supporting our member education portal redesign project, offering office space for our corporate benchmarking meetings, or offering to supply catered meals for our educational networking events. It truly has been amazing to watch people come together but we could do so much more!

Who are WoGM Members?

Women of Global Mobility members are part of a community of professionals in the Relocation Management, Global Mobility, and Corporate HR fields who directly engage and interact with their employee relocation efforts internally OR as service providers. Our membership is made up of over 1500 professionals.
